Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags and labels must remain attached
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf Balls (including Callaway Golf Balls)
- Head Only golf club components
- Any item marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack your item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the package. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service (returns are at customer’s expense)
- Insuring the package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
